Who We Are

Rock’n Dough Pizza Co began life as a Food Truck, traveling around Memphis, TN and serving up pizza. After a year or so of successfully slinging pizza pies from the truck, Rock’n Dough opened a brick-and-mortar location in Memphis. 12 months later, Rock’n Dough opened a restaurant and brewery in on Jackson Walk Plaza in the heart of downtown Jackson, TN. Followed by a Germantown location. Rock’n Dough is continuing to grow, with a third restaurant soon to open in Nashville, TN.

The Rock’n Dough food philosophy is “fresh and local”, because fresh and local tastes better and is better for you and our community! We make all our dough and sauce daily, and shred our own cheese. We smoke our own meat and prep all our fresh veggies in-house. Rock’n Dough proudly supports local businesses, and we source ingredients for our menu from local farms and local companies whenever possible.
